Matters we help business owners and directors with
Debt recovery
Business debts from $4,000. An honest view of your claim and the debtor first, then letters of demand, statutory demands, court and enforcement if needed.
Director penalty notices
A DPN can make a director personally liable for certain unpaid company tax and super. The 21 days run from the date of the notice.
Statutory demands
A company has 21 days to pay or apply to set a demand aside, and the court can't extend that time.
Winding-up applications
There's a hearing date, and what you do before it matters. Get a clear view of the realistic options for your company.
Commercial disputes
Contract, supplier, shareholder and partnership disputes. Negotiation where it makes sense, litigation when it's needed.
Something else
Commercial agreements, planning and environment, property or employment. Tell us what's happening and we'll let you know if we can help.
